Important Notice: Trophy Club of Apalachee Fireworks Cancelled

Trophy Club of Apalachee will NOT host their annual 4th of July Fireworks Celebration this year. The club has officially announced the cancellation of their Independence Day fireworks event for 2026.

As the community's 4th of July fireworks is a beloved tradition for Apalachee Farms residents, this notice is especially important for those planning their holiday. The good news is there are several excellent alternatives nearby; keep reading for a complete guide to fireworks and Independence Day events throughout the Northeast Metro Atlanta area.

Residents are encouraged to explore the nearby fireworks displays and events listed below in Braselton, Jefferson, and Lake Lanier for the holiday weekend.

The resort is excited to be hosting fireworks for the resort guests and local community on Sunday evening, July 5th around 9 PM at the Winery for everyone to enjoy the holiday celebration.

For community residents who may be attending by golf carts, bicycles, cars, or other vehicles the resort is reserving parking at the parking lot next to the tennis center located to the rear of Paddy's Pub. Residents will have parking available for any of the golf carts, bicycles, carts or vehicles in that area for their use.

Parking Directives

  • Authorized parking: Parking lot next to the tennis center, located to the rear of Paddy's Pub.
  • No parking: No grass or curb parking around the front of the Winery, Paddy's Pub, or in front of The Inn.
  • Enforcement: Braselton Police will be on site and directed to issue citations if vehicles are not parking in accordance with the parking lot directives.

Fireworks around 9 PM

The celebration is open to resort guests and the local community. Chateau Elan offers a resort-style experience with dining, wine tasting, and spa amenities, making it a luxurious option for Independence Day weekend. Braselton is going all out for America's 250th birthday with a patriotic laser show in place of traditional fireworks. The celebration includes a parade, live concert, food trucks, and family activities throughout downtown. A unique twist on the traditional Fourth of July experience.

Jefferson Freedom Festival

Fireworks after dark! The Jefferson Freedom Festival features family fun, vendors, live music, and one of Jackson County's largest Independence Day celebrations. A fantastic option for families looking for a small-town festival atmosphere with a big fireworks finale.

Lake Lanier (Laurel Park)

Gates open at 9:00 AM with live music, food, and activities throughout the day. Fireworks launch around 9:00 to 9:30 PM over the lake. Laurel Park is one of the most popular lakeside fireworks viewing spots in the region. Arrive early, as this venue fills up quickly.
