Fewer homes sold in Sugarloaf Country Club during the 2026 period, but the median sale price was higher and homes spent fewer days on the market on average. Here's what the FMLS snapshot showed as of October 8.

More than beautiful homes
Sugarloaf's appeal includes championship golf, tennis, pickleball, beautiful amenities and plenty to enjoy throughout the community. For buyers, the right home is only one piece of the decision. It also helps to understand the community, its amenities and the market for homes like the one you're considering.
What the FMLS numbers showed
During the same period in 2025, 23 homes sold in Sugarloaf. Through October 8, 2026, 17 homes had closed, about 26% fewer.
At the same time, the median sale price rose from approximately $1.745 million to $1.925 million, an increase of just over 10%. Average days on market fell from 69 days to 39 days.
The October 8 report also showed 6 active listings and 2 pending homes.
What it means for buyers and sellers
This snapshot shows fewer closed sales alongside a higher median sale price and a shorter average time on market. Those figures are useful context, but they can't predict what an individual home will sell for or how quickly it might attract an offer.
In a luxury community, a home's condition, updates, location, features, pricing and presentation all matter. Current comparable sales can help sellers make informed pricing decisions and help buyers evaluate a home in context.
